You can find us at Grovy Optiva in Sector 68, Noida. We are in Block A, right on the ground floor at unit A5. Sector 68 is one of those parts of Noida that is mostly filled with big office blocks and warehouses, so it definitely feels like a place where real work happens. We moved into this office because it was a practical choice and easy for the team to get to every day. Elseart Tech is mostly just a group of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We do not have any complicated corporate hierarchy or fancy titles. Everyone just jumps in and does whatever needs to be done to finish a project. The office is not flashy at all; it is just a few rooms with plenty of power outlets for our computers and servers. We spend most of our time staring at monitors, so we actually spent more money on good screens than we did on decorating the place. Noida can be a bit much sometimes with all the traffic and the different sectors, but we have settled in quite well here. Our typical day is full of troubleshooting, planning out new tasks, and making sure everything is running the way it should. We do not have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were told about us by a friend.
