Our office is over in Sector 71, tucked away in B 2 22D, which is quite a quiet part of Noida. We’ve been working on books and various print things here for a long time. It’s a lot of paper moving around and desks covered in proofs. Most days involve sitting at the computers and checking over layouts or talking to printers. We started out small and stayed in this area because it’s where we know everyone. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it fits all our files and the staff comfortably enough. People usually call us before they come over because finding the right block in Sector 71 can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re new to the neighborhood. We handle various types of publications, mostly technical stuff or trade news, whatever comes across the desk. It’s not the most exciting work to everyone, but we enjoy seeing a finished book or magazine come off the press. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and the whole place smells like ink and coffee. There’s always some project being discussed in the hallway or near the front door. We just focus on getting the pages right and making sure the information is where it needs to be. It’s a steady pace here and we like it that way. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a lot of work getting done and boxes being shipped out to different places.
