Dslate Private Limited

We are over in Sector 10 of Noida at A-7. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always something going on outside. Dslate Private Limited is basically a small team that likes to build things. We don't have a lot of fluff in our day-to-day. We show up, check what’s on the list, and start working. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We chose this location because it’s easy to get to and it puts us right in the middle of things. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a small area where we can sit and talk about projects. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just digital work, mostly. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the lighting could be better, but we don’t mind. We focus more on the actual tasks than the surroundings. We’ve had a few people join and leave over the years, but the core group stays the same. We aren't looking to change the world overnight; we just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. No missions or visions, just a bunch of people working together in a plain office in Noida. It's noisy outside with the traffic, but once you step inside, we are all just focused on whatever is on our screens.
