Digital Kranti India Private Limited is based in Noida, Sector 63, specifically at E-2. If you’ve ever been to Sector 63, you know it’s full of offices and factories and people rushing around all the time. It’s a very busy part of the city. We’ve got a small space here among all the other buildings. The name "Kranti" sounds quite serious, like we are starting a revolution, but really we are just a group of people trying to keep up with the digital world. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and lunch boxes, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time in front of monitors, and by the end of the day, our eyes are usually pretty tired. Noida can be a tough place with the traffic and the pollution, but there are some good food stalls around here where we grab snacks in the evening. We don't have any big corporate policies or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and go home to our families. Some days the metro is packed and we get in late, other days everything goes smoothly. It’s just a regular job for us. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. It is not always perfect, but we make it work somehow.
