Dharampal Premchand Ltd.

Our place is at A-34/35 in Sector-60. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that would make you stop and look twice if you were driving past it on your way to somewhere else. Dharampal Premchand Ltd. has been operating out of here for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few plants that someone forgets to water more often than they should. We spend a lot of time here, so it feels like a second home to many of the staff. The morning starts with someone making a big pot of tea, and then we just get into the work. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just do what needs to be done and try to help each other out when things get a bit backed up or confusing. Sector-60 can be a bit out of the way for some people, but we like the area. It's relatively quiet compared to the center of town. We have a small break area where we sit and talk about our weekends, our kids, or whatever is on the news. The desks are usually covered in notebooks, pens, and little scraps of paper. We aren't big on doing everything digitally; some of us still like the feel of writing things down. It helps us remember what’s important. We don’t have any big meetings about goals or visions. We just know what our jobs are and we get on with them. It’s a simple setup and that’s the way we prefer it.
