We are based at C1 205 in Sector 55 of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This part of Noida is a mix of houses and small businesses, and it has a very specific feel to it. Our office is in a block that’s pretty easy to find once you get into the sector. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a standard concrete structure. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of storage space for the Dell computer equipment we handle. The air conditioning is pretty much mandatory here because the heat in Noida can get really intense during the summer months. We have a small area near the entrance where we keep the water cooler and some spare chairs. It’s not a high-end showroom, just a place where we do our daily tasks. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes taped up near the computers. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how things are in this area. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their role. We don’t go for any big marketing slogans or fancy presentations. We just open up the shop in the morning and work through whatever list of jobs we have. It is a practical, no-frills environment for dealing with technology services. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work finished before the day ends.
