We are way up on the 18th floor of Tower 9 in the Panchsheel Hynish complex in Greater Noida. Being in unit T9-1702 means we have a really high perspective on everything happening below in the society. The elevator ride takes a bit of time, especially during the morning when everyone is trying to get out at the same time. Our office is basically a high-rise apartment that we’ve set up for our work. It has all the usual rooms, but instead of beds, we have desks and monitors everywhere. The view is probably the best part, as you can see quite far across Greater Noida on a clear day. It can get pretty windy up here, and you can sometimes hear the air whistling through the balcony door. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunches. It’s a very quiet environment compared to the ground level, which helps us stay focused on whatever we are doing. We don't have any corporate branding inside, just the equipment we need to do our daily tasks. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of the city. We have a routine of starting the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done before everyone gets into their own work. It is a peaceful place to spend the day, high above the noise of the traffic and the streets.
