Our place is in the Royal Apartment complex over in Sigma-4. Greater Noida is a bit spread out, so it feels a lot less crowded than Delhi or even Noida. We are in block D-8. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice when you need to focus on technology and coding stuff. We are a small team, mostly just a handful of us who have been doing this for a few years now. The office looks more like a home because, well, it is an apartment. We have a dining table that we mostly use for meetings and a few spare rooms turned into workstations. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be brutal, so the AC is always running during the day. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a white board with a lot of scribbles on it. Usually, we start the day by checking emails and then just dive into whatever project is current. Sometimes we stay late if a deadline is coming up, but we try to head home before it gets too dark. Sigma-4 is a decent area, though it can get a bit lonely if you're used to the city noise. We just do our tech work and keep things moving along day by day. It is a simple life for us here in the apartments. We just keep our heads down and code.
