Our office is based in G 99, Sector 20, Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot in a well-established sector. We’ve been operating here as Convergys for quite some time now. The building is a regular structure, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. Sector 20 is a mix of residential and small offices, so it has a bit of a lived-in, local feel. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks with thousands of people. It’s a smaller setup where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We’ve got our desks and our equipment, and that’s about it. The local market is just a short walk away, which is where most of us go to get some fresh air or a snack in the afternoon. The roads around here can get a bit clogged during peak hours, but it’s manageable compared to other parts of the NCR. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more about showing up, doing the work, and having a few laughs in between. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest place to work. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just provide a space for our team to get their jobs done in a neighborhood that feels familiar and comfortable to us.
