We are over in Sector-41 of Noida, at B-91. It is a residential-feeling area, so it does not really feel like you are going to a corporate office park when you come here. The house has been converted a bit to fit all of us, but you can still tell it was a home once. Gautam Buddha Nagar is always expanding, but this little pocket feels a bit more settled. We have got a few rooms where different people sit, and the kitchen is where everyone ends up hanging out when the coffee pot is on. The parking on the street can be a nightmare if you get here late, so most of us try to show up early or just take the metro and walk. It is a bit of a walk from the station, especially when it is hot, but it is not too bad. The office isn't very polished—there are piles of paper here and there, and the furniture is a mix of stuff we have picked up over the years. We do not have a fancy logo on the wall or a big boardroom. We usually just huddle around someone’s laptop if we need to look at something together. It is a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes, but we get the work done eventually. It is just how we like to run things here in Sector 41 while we are at the desks.
