Cfurst Solutions Private Limited is based at Villa Nob51, Plot no Bgh A in the UPSIDC Housing Sector. We are out in Surajpur Site C, specifically in the Extension, Phase-1 area. Working from a villa makes our office feel a lot more like a home than a sterile workspace. We have plenty of room to move around, and it is generally quite peaceful. We set this up because we wanted a place where we could focus on our projects without the noise of the main city. The team is small, and we mostly just sit around the main table with our laptops. We do not have any fancy office furniture or big reception areas. It is just us and our equipment. Surajpur Site C is a bit of a trek for some, but we like being out here. It is a bit more industrial on one side and residential on the other. We do not really do the whole corporate ladder thing. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just handles it. We do not have a lot of meetings; we usually just talk across the room. It is a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us from getting too stressed out. We have been here for a bit now and have grown fond of the neighborhood. It is just a regular group of people trying to provide some technical solutions from a quiet villa.
