We operate out of Flat 244 in Block C of Gaur Grandeur, over in Sector-119, Noida. Caribbean Infocom India Private Limited is the name, though the address is basically an apartment. That’s how we like it. It feels less like a cold office and more like a place where you can actually get things done without the stress of a corporate park. Noida is full of these high-rise buildings, and we are just in one of them. We spend our days working on various info-com projects. It’s a lot of data and computer work. The space is comfortable enough, with a small kitchen area for tea and coffee. We don't have a big reception desk or any of that. If you come by, you’re basically just walking into our workspace. It’s quiet enough here in Sector-119, which is nice for staying focused. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep things moving. We’ve been here in Gautam Buddha Nagar for a bit now. Most of us just commute in, sit down at our stations, and do what needs to be done. It’s a very straightforward way to run a business. No big speeches or marketing talk, just real people working at computers in a flat. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes just to get some fresh air before getting back to the screens.
