Capgemini

We are over at I 36 Sector 41 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is where Capgemini operates from in this area. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to some of the bigger commercial hubs in Noida, which we actually prefer. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much, but it serves our needs just fine. Inside, the space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, desks, and a lot of power cables. We spend our mornings getting organized and then the rest of the day is just about keeping up with the workload. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just get the tasks finished. There are a few local shops nearby where we grab lunch or some snacks during the afternoon. The neighborhood has a lived-in feel to it, and we like that it doesn't feel like a sterile business park. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just part of working here. We keep things pretty informal among ourselves, which makes the long hours go by a bit faster. It’s just a group of us trying to stay on top of everything. If you find yourself in Sector 41, you’ll likely see our gate. It’s a plain, working office where real work gets done every day without any extra polish or corporate talk.
