Brainsoft Technocrafts Private Limited

Our place, Brainsoft Technocrafts, is located in Upper Bazar, right near Raj Talkies in Modinagar. It’s a busy part of Ghaziabad, and being near the cinema means there’s always something going on outside. We’ve got this office where we work on software and technical bits. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has character. We like being in the heart of the market rather than some sterile tech park. You can hear the sounds of the town all day. We do a mix of things, mostly focusing on the technical side of software. There’s no big HR department here. It’s just us. We spend our mornings sorting through emails and the afternoons doing the heavy lifting on our projects. The 201204 area is where we grew up or where we’ve worked for years. We know the guy who sells snacks downstairs and the person who brings the mail. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff that works. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the crowds in the bazar, but it’s all part of the job. If you walk past Raj Talkies, you’re basically there. We’ve been keeping this going because we enjoy the challenge of tech work. It’s a solid way to make a living here in Modinagar without any corporate drama.
