Blueprine Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is based out of the Lotus Boulevard complex in Noida. We are in Tower-8, Apartment 1204, right there in Sector-100. Since it is an OPC, it’s a small-scale operation, but we stay busy. The view from the 12th floor is actually pretty good, especially when the sun starts to go down over the city. It’s a compact setup inside the apartment. We have transformed the main space into a working area with a couple of big monitors and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Working from a residential plot like GH-003 makes the day feel a bit more manageable than being in a crowded industrial park. There’s a lot of security at the gates, so it feels safe, and the surroundings are kept quite clean. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing here. It’s mostly jeans and t-shirts while we focus on the technical tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we have to deal with the usual building maintenance, but we just take it in stride. It’s a very direct way of working. There are no middle managers or long meetings that go nowhere. We just decide what needs to be done and then we do it right there at the desk. It’s a practical way to run a tech business without all the extra baggage that usually comes with it in this industry. It is just about getting the tasks finished by the evening.
