We are based in Noida, specifically in Sector-12 at Z-243B. It’s a busy area in Gautam Buddha Nagar, and there is always something going on outside. Binate Bits Infotech is our small outfit. We’ve got a space where we huddle together to work on info-tech projects. Noida is full of big companies, but we are one of the smaller ones. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you see us working. We’ve got some cables running across the floor that we should probably tape down better. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because it gets hot here. We started this because we liked working with data and bits of information. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. We eat our lunch together most days, usually talking about things other than work just to take a break. We don't have a big corporate handbook or lots of rules. We just expect everyone to do their part and be decent to one another. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks we have each day and try not to get too stressed when things go wrong. If you’re in Sector-12, you’ll find us there, just doing our thing. It's pretty straightforward and we like the routine.
