You can find Backslope Ventures Private Limited at Flat No-4 in the B Block Market area of Lohia Nagar. Being in a market area means it’s always lively around here. There’s the sound of traffic and people shopping right outside our door. Our office is up a flight of stairs. It’s not very big, but it fits us. We handle a lot of different venture-related tasks, mostly paperwork and coordinating things for other people. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. The office gets a bit dusty because of the market location, so we’re always cleaning off the desks. We’ve been in this spot in Ghaziabad for a while now. We like being close to the shops because it’s easy to grab lunch. The work itself can be a bit repetitive, checking numbers and making sure filings are correct. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out. It’s a very direct way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy workspace.
