B2Alabs Private Limited is based right here in Ghaziabad at III-H-101 in Nehru Nagar. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We do a lot of lab-style work and tech testing, mostly stuff that requires a lot of sitting in front of screens. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of glass walls or modern art. We have some old chairs and a few desks that have seen better days. But it works for what we need. Nehru Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always noise outside. We’ve gotten used to it. The team is small. We know each other well enough that we don't need a lot of formal meetings. Usually, someone just shouts across the room if they need help with a piece of code or a hardware issue. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and looking at data. Some of the projects we take on are pretty dry, but they need to get done. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific fixed or built. It’s honest work. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living in Ghaziabad.
