Ascendio Private Limited

We’re located at L 5091 in Gaur City 2, which is out in Greater Noida West. It’s a big area and it feels like there’s a new building going up every single day. We’ve got our office in the 16th Avenue part of the complex. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a decent place to work. Ascendio is basically a group of us who wanted to do our own thing away from the big corporate hubs. We do all sorts of work here, mostly stuff that keeps us glued to our screens for most of the day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady and we take pride in finishing what we start. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to people like we’re talking to our neighbors. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the little shops nearby and talk about the projects we’re stuck on. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We just keep plugging away at things until they work right. Being in Greater Noida West means we see a lot of growth around us, which is pretty motivating. We’re just a small part of this big community, trying to do our work well and keep things moving forward. It's a long day sometimes, but the work is good.
