Archelons Solutions Private Limited

Archelons Solutions Private Limited is situated at A-22 in Nar Vihar, Part-1, which is in Sector-34 of Noida. It’s a nice part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks. Instead, we are in a more settled, residential-feeling neighborhood. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We do a lot of solution-based tech work, helping people fix their software problems or building new systems from scratch. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of power strips. We aren't big on decor. We have some posters on the wall and that’s about it. Most days involve a lot of debugging and talking through logic problems. We take our lunch breaks together, usually talking about anything but work. Sector-34 is a good spot because it’s easy to get to, and it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure everything works like it’s supposed to. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they can. It’s been working out for us so far, and we like the independence of being a smaller outfit.
