Appjoy Media Llp

We are situated in Greater Noida, specifically in Flat 102 of Tower A6 at Panchtatva Habitech. This is over in Tech Zone 4. It's a residential-style office, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable than a cold glass building. Since we are in a flat, we have a kitchen and a decent place to sit for lunch. Appjoy Media Llp is a small operation. We don’t have hundreds of employees running around. It’s just a handful of us. The view from the tower is mostly other buildings and some construction that never seems to end. Tech Zone 4 is growing though. There are more shops opening up nearby now. Working from a flat means we can work late without feeling like we are trapped in an office park. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to Tower A6, so we usually get our steps in for the day. We have a lot of cables everywhere and too many monitors, but that's how we like it. We don't really do formal meetings. Most of our talking happens while we are making coffee or sitting on the balcony for a break. It's a practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead. We just focus on the media work and try to stay productive.
