We’re based in Noida, specifically in Sector 2 at A-73. Our office is on the second floor. It’s one of those buildings that looks like every other building in this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall downstairs by their first names. Usually, we start the day by climbing those stairs—there are quite a few of them. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of desks and some whiteboards that never quite get wiped clean. We do a lot of tech work here at Appilab Technologies. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just hours of looking for a missing semicolon or trying to figure out why a server is acting up. The light in the office is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We don't have a dedicated "chill zone" or a ping pong table. We just have our workstations and a small corner for lunch. Uttar Pradesh can get really dusty, so we are always wiping down our monitors. It’s a practical space for practical people. We don't put on any acts. When you walk in, you see exactly what we are: a group of people working on technology in a standard office building. It’s quiet enough to get things done, except when the construction starts next door. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come our way.
