Apne Masale Private Limited is found at 3F-4 in the Ozone Centre. This is in Sector-12, right across from the Town Park. Being opposite the park is nice because there is always a bit of green to look at when we step outside. We are all about spices here. The office often smells like different seasonings, which we have all grown to love. It is not a very big office, just unit 3F-4, but it is enough for the work we do. We manage the sourcing and the sales of our spice blends from here. The Ozone Centre has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always a buzz in the hallways. We are not corporate types. Most of us just wear what is comfortable and focus on the quality of the masalas we handle. We spent a lot of time getting the proportions right and now we just focus on keeping the supply steady. Sector-12 is a central spot, so it is easy for people to drop by. We do not have any mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just have shelves of samples and a few desks where we get the billing done. It is a practical way to run a business. We start our day early and try to get everything shipped out before the afternoon rush starts near Town Park. It is hard work but we enjoy the smell of fresh spices.
