Anjali Technoplast Ltd

Anjali Technoplast Ltd is based at A-4 in the Hosiery Complex, Phase II. This area is usually packed with small factories and units, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We work with plastics, which means the smell of melting polymers is just part of the daily life here. The machines take up most of the space on the ground floor. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment of raw material arrives and we have to find a spot to stack the bags. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The stairs are narrow, and you have to watch your step. Most of the time, the workers are busy monitoring the cycles on the molding machines. We don’t have a big HR department or any of that corporate stuff. It’s mostly just the owner and a few supervisors keeping an eye on things. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if there was a delay with the electricity or a machine part broke down. It’s part of the job. The Hosiery Complex is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just focus on making the parts correctly and getting them out the door on time. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work every day.
