Amkur Creations (P)

Amkur Creations is out at B 7/15 Site C in the Surajpur Industrial Area. It’s right off Dadri Road. Being in an industrial area means things are pretty straightforward. We have a big gate and a concrete yard where the trucks come in. The building is mostly just one big open space where the production happens. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we have those big industrial fans going. They don’t do much, but they help a bit. We’ve been at Site C for a long time. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy meeting. We usually meet people right there on the shop floor. There’s always the smell of oil and metal or whatever material we are working with that week. We don't have regular cleaners who come in, so we all take turns with the broom. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We have some guys who have been with us since the very beginning. We know who takes their tea with no sugar and who likes to complain about the cricket scores. We don't do much on social media or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing we are here and that we do what we say we will. Surajpur is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s our home. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving along every single day. That's about it.
