Our team is based in Sector 93B of Noida, specifically inside the Grand Omaxe complex on the Expressway. We are up in Flat ALXD901. Working out of a residential township is a bit different than being in a traditional office park, but we actually prefer it this way. The complex has a lot of green space, which is a nice change from the dusty roads outside. To get to us, you have to go through the main security gates and find your way to the ALXD block. The guards are usually helpful, though they might ask a few questions before letting you through. Our workspace is essentially a converted apartment. We have set up our workstations in the main living area, and the kitchen is mostly used for brewing coffee and storing our lunches. The 201304 area is growing quite fast, and being right on the Expressway makes it easy for us to head into Delhi or towards Greater Noida if we need to. The apartment has large windows that let in a lot of light during the day, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We don’t have any big signs or corporate branding on the walls. It just looks like a place where people are busy on their computers. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the society paths just to stretch our legs. It is a quiet and safe environment that helps us stay focused on our work without too many distractions.
