We like it here because it’s quiet enough to actually get some work done. Our group is fairly tight-knit, and we’ve been working together for a while now. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy branding guide. We just go by the name on the registration and focus on the technical tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to make sense of different tech problems. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The office has a few plants that we occasionally remember to water and a lot of mismatched chairs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how we look; we’d rather impress them with the fact that we actually finished the work on time. Lucknow has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that local rhythm. We’ve got our routine down, from the morning tea to the late-evening wrap-ups. It’s a decent living, and we’re glad to be part of the 226020 community. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
