We are based in Sector 62 of Noida, which is a big hub for all sorts of companies. Our specific spot is 7/602 in the Shakti Kunj Apartment. Working out of an apartment building gives our office a very different feel compared to a standard commercial block. It feels a bit more like a home, which we actually enjoy. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms of the flat. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in the 201301 area. We are an LLP, which mostly means a few of us are partners and we all pitch in to do the heavy lifting. There is no hierarchy here where someone sits in a big office while others are in cubicles. We all sit together at the same tables. Sector 62 is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat and the metro is not too far away. We do not have any corporate branding on the walls or motivational posters. Usually, there are just some whiteboards with scribbles on them and a few empty coffee mugs. We work hard when we need to, and we take breaks when we can. It is a practical and straightforward way to run a business. We like the flexibility of our setup and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work.
