A.K.G Industries

A.K.G Industries is out in the UPSIDC Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. G-10, Site C in Surajpur. If you know Surajpur, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses. Our place is no different. It’s a large plot with big metal doors that we keep open when the weather allows. The air always has that faint smell of oil and metal, which is just part of being in an industrial zone. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main floor, but it’s still pretty noisy when the machines are running. The floor is grey concrete and there are always crates or boxes stacked up somewhere. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes every night, so there’s usually a bit of dust around. We’re more worried about the production than how the shelves look. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the shade when it’s hot. There aren't many shops right next to us, so we usually bring our own food from home. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. A.K.G Industries is just a place where we put in the hours and get the products out the door. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up and do the work.
