Our workshop is located at F - 52, Sector - Xi. It is a straightforward place where we handle all things related to plastics and automation. Aerodry Plastics Automation Pvt. Ltd. isn't a company with a lot of layers or fancy departments. It is mostly just us working on the shop floor with the machines. There is a constant hum of equipment in the background that you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. We have a small area for paperwork and files, but most of our time is spent with the actual hardware. The floor is often cluttered with parts and tools, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for a long time and we know our way around the machinery. Sector Xi is a busy area with a lot of other small businesses like ours. We know the people in the neighboring units and we sometimes help each other out. It is a practical environment where we focus on what needs to be built or fixed. We don't make big promises; we just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a deadline is tight, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. It is a simple, no-nonsense way to run a shop.
