Advance Power Controls (P) Ltd. is situated at A-191 in Sec-63. This sector is always busy, and there is always some construction or road work happening nearby. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the street. Inside, it is all about power systems and control boards. We have a few long workbenches where most of the assembly happens. The lighting isn't great in the back, but we have got extra lamps for the detailed work. It is a small group of us here. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that; we just handle the work as it comes in. The office area is mostly just a few filing cabinets and a computer that has seen better days. We get a lot of delivery drivers coming in and out, so the door is usually propped open. It gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer, but we have got a few fans and heaters to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the most modern company on the block. We just know how to put these controls together. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is due, just drinking tea and finishing up. It is a practical way to run a business, and it works for us.
