Adsroot Digital Private Limited

Adsroot Digital Private Limited is over in Jalpura at Plot Number 91. This is part of Greater Noida, but it feels a bit different from the fancy parts with the malls. It is more of an area where things are still being built and developed, so there is often construction noise or trucks moving around nearby. Our plot is easy to find once you get into the Jalpura area. We have a decent amount of space here, which is good because we have quite a few computers and desks set up for the digital work we do. It is not the most polished office you will ever see, as we focus more on the work than on how the walls look. The team stays pretty busy, and there is usually someone on a call or typing away at a keyboard at all hours. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea, and that is probably the most used thing in the whole place besides the server. The weather in Gautam Buddha Nagar can be pretty extreme, so we are always adjusting the cooling to stay comfortable. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations, we just talk across the room to each other when something needs to be solved. It is an honest, hardworking environment where everyone just knows what they have to do and they do it without much fuss.
