Adapting Genius Forum

You will find us over at S-35/28 in Phase-III of DLF City. It is a decent spot to be in, and the area is always full of activity. We call ourselves a forum because we like the idea of a place where different thoughts can come together to solve a problem. It is not a stiff environment at all. We have people coming in and out, and the conversation is usually about whatever new challenge we are trying to adapt to that week. The office has a few large tables where we can spread out our papers and laptops. We have been in DLF City for a while now, and we have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We do not really have a set routine; things change depending on what the day brings. Some afternoons we might be deep in a discussion for hours, while other times it is just quiet work with everyone focused on their own screen. We are not big on corporate rules or formal dress codes. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. The name of the place might sound a bit grand, but we are actually very grounded people just trying to make sense of complex situations. We do not spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about what we do from someone else. It is a simple, honest way to run a business.
