A O V Exports

A O V Exports is located over in Sector-18, at J-18 to be exact. It’s a typical industrial area setup where everything looks a bit grey and busy. We’ve been in this unit for a while, and it’s mostly filled with desks, sample bins, and a lot of shipping boxes waiting for the courier. Our day starts early with checking what needs to go out and what’s arriving from the suppliers. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and someone will be there at a computer or on the phone. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it’s really hot outside, so we usually have a few extra fans going. Most of our work is making sure the specifications for the export orders are exactly what the customer asked for. We spend hours looking at spreadsheets and labels to avoid any mistakes at the border. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit; we mostly wear whatever is comfortable for moving around the warehouse and the office. We have a small corner for tea and snacks where we take our breaks. The neighborhood is full of other businesses just like ours, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We just focus on our own tasks and try to get the containers loaded on time every week.
