360Lution Private Limited is based out of Lahsadi in the Sader area of Gorakhpur. We are located at the house of Sri Surjit Kumar. It’s a more personal setup than what you might find in a big city business district. Working from this part of Uttar Pradesh means we are away from the huge crowds of the metros. The office is basically a few rooms converted for our use. We have our computers set up and some basic furniture. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is good for staying focused. We don't have any big corporate logos on the walls. It’s just a place where a few of us come every morning to get our work done. We know the people in the area, and it’s common to stop and chat with someone on the way to get a cold drink or some snacks. The internet can be a bit temperamental sometimes if the weather is bad, but we usually manage fine. We do a mix of things here, mostly involving local tech needs and some paperwork. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our own business and we like being in Gorakhpur. The pace of life is a bit slower here, which suits us just fine. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the tasks we have for the day without too much stress or worry about the outside world.
