Vikas Associates

Vikas Associates is located at Office B 18 on G.T Road in Sector 2. We are very close to Ansal Plaza, which is where most people go for their shopping and errands. Being near such a big landmark helps people give directions to our office. The G.T Road is always full of vehicles, so the front of our office can get a bit dusty. We try to keep it clean, but it is a losing battle with all the traffic. Inside, the office is functional and a bit small. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make more room in the middle. Sector 2 is a place we know very well. We have seen shops open and close around here for years. Our business is mostly about helping people with property matters in this specific area. We do not have a big marketing department or a polished image. We are just local people working in a local office. Sometimes we have to step out to look at a site, so we just leave a note on the door. It is a simple way of working. The chairs are comfortable enough for a long chat, and we always have some water ready for visitors. We do not use any complicated jargon. We just explain things as they are. It is a busy spot to be in, but it keeps us connected to what is happening in the sector.
