If you’ve ever been to the Jheel Khurenja Scooter Market, you know how hectic it can get. Our shop, number 780, is right in the heart of all that noise and grease. Bijendra Kumar Singh is the name we go by here. It’s a busy spot. From morning until evening, there’s the sound of engines revving and people haggling over parts or repairs. Our space is filled with the smell of oil and old metal. We have tools hanging on the walls and spare parts piled up in the corners. It’s not a place for someone who likes things perfectly clean. There’s usually a layer of dust on everything, but that’s just part of being in a scooter market. We have a small bench where people can sit while they wait, but most people just stand around and talk. The floor is stained from years of work. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any air conditioning, just a big pedestal fan that blows the hot air around. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Being at shop 780 means you see a lot of different people every day. Some are regular customers and some are just passing through Jheel Khurenja. We don't do any big advertising. People just find us because we’ve been here for so long. It’s a noisy, dirty, and busy life, but it’s our life. We open up early and don't leave until the sun is well down.
