Shri Balaji Sweet Corner

If you head over to the Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at H 281 in Sector 2, you’ll find our little spot, Shri Balaji Sweet Corner. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not the quietest place to have a shop, but it works for us. We get a lot of workers and people passing through the area who need something to eat during their shifts. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. The shop is mostly about the food and the sweets we make right there. We spend a lot of our time in the back, prep work takes forever. Peeling, chopping, and boiling everything ourselves. It’s a lot of manual labor. The address isn’t hard to find once you’re in the sector. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. But the shop stays pretty much the same. We open the shutters, get the stove going, and start the day. Sometimes we get a big order for a factory function, which keeps us extra busy. Most days it’s just one person after another. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just focus on what's in front of us. It’s a simple life running a sweet shop in an industrial sector. We do our best to stay organized and keep the snacks coming out hot. It's just a regular routine for us.
