Evergreen Sweets

You can find Evergreen Sweets at Shop No.16 in the Bougainvilla Shopping Complex. We are in Sector- Gama-2 of Greater Noida, which is pretty close to the Greater Noida Authority building. We’ve been making various sweets and snacks for the people in this neighborhood for quite a while now. The shop isn't particularly huge, but we pack it with as much variety as we can manage every day. Every morning we start very early to get the milk boiling and the sugar syrups ready for the day’s batches of sweets. It’s a lot of manual work, standing over the big stoves, but that’s how we’ve always done things here. People stop by for a quick bite in the afternoon or to take boxes of sweets home for their families in the evening. We see a lot of parents and kids from the nearby sectors coming in after school or work. It’s a nice little community here in Noida. We don’t really do any fancy packaging unless someone specifically asks for it; we just focus on making the food taste right. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop during the evenings when everyone wants their snacks at the same time. We just keep our heads down and serve everyone as fast as we can. It’s a simple sweet shop, nothing more and nothing less. We just enjoy being part of the daily routine for the folks around here.
