Sehgal Associates

We have been running Sehgal Associates from our office at 36 Rajapur Sector 14 for some time now. You can find us pretty easily since we are right near the SSP Residence. It’s a local operation here, nothing too complicated or flashy. Most days we are just sitting at our desks handling paperwork or heading out to look at properties around the sector. We know this neighborhood like the back of our hands. Being near the residence means most people in the area know exactly where we are located. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a few of us who grew up around here or have lived here long enough to know how things work. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly focusing on what's available right here in Rajapur. We like the pace of things in Sector 14. It’s a good spot to work from. We keep our files organized and try to make sure we have the latest info on whatever is happening on our street and the surrounding ones. If you are walking around the neighborhood and see our door at number 36, that’s where we do all our business. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just talk to people, show them what’s on the books, and help them figure out their next move. It's basic, honest work.
