Proficio Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No-44, Ratna Vaishali. It’s a decent area and our office is right there in the building. We handle a mix of engineering tasks and actual construction work on the ground. Most days involve a lot of coordination between the people in the office and the guys out at the various construction sites. We have a lot of blueprints and site plans lying around on the desks. It gets pretty hectic when we are in the middle of a big project, with phones ringing and people coming in to discuss material costs or timelines. We try to stay organized, but in construction, things change fast and you just have to adapt. The office itself is simple. We don't have many decorations, just the stuff we need to get the job done. Ratna Vaishali is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus on complex calculations or budget sheets. We’ve got a small crew but everyone knows their job well. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the work is being done right. It’s hard work and the days are often long, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We aren't really the type to go on about ourselves; we just prefer to let the buildings we work on speak for what we do.
