Mott Macdonald Pvt Ltd

Our place is located at B 85 in the MIG Flats over in Swarnim Vihar. It is right in Sector 82 of Noida, or No Ida as some write it. It is a residential kind of area so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We have been working out of this flat for some time now under the Mott Macdonald Pvt Ltd name. It gets the job done and we like that it is quiet. The neighbors are mostly families so we try not to make too much noise during the day. You just walk up the stairs and we are right there. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache if guests come over. We usually have the windows open when the breeze is good. It is a basic setup with some computers and a table for meetings. Nothing too flashy. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Just the flat number on the door. It makes it easier to focus on the technical drawings and the reports we have to finish. Noida is growing fast but this little corner stays pretty much the same. Most of the team takes the metro or drives in from nearby sectors. We drink a lot of coffee while we work and talk about the news. It is a decent place to spend the day without feeling like you are trapped in a cubicle.
