Jeydev Associates

We are located in Greater Noida, specifically at SF-46 in Sector 18. This is part of the G B Nagar district. Jeydev Associates has been operating out of this sector for some time now. It’s an interesting area because there is always some kind of construction or development happening nearby. Our office is on the second floor, which keeps us a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the city moving. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with real estate and property management. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary for things to run right. We have a small desk for meetings and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific in this part of Noida. We try to give them the facts without making things more complicated than they need to be. The neighborhood is still growing, so the maps we use get outdated pretty quickly. We have to keep drawing in new roads and buildings on our charts. It’s a busy life here. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us doing the daily work of matching people with the right spots. We know the local regulations and the people around here. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up every morning and get through whatever needs doing.
