Maska Masala

We are over here in Sector 110, right by the ICICI Bank in Block A3. It's usually pretty busy around here with people going to the bank or just walking through the neighborhood. We opened Maska Masala because we wanted a place in Noida that felt like home. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, getting everything ready in the kitchen. The traffic outside can be a bit much sometimes, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of pans and people talking. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some tables and chairs and the smell of spices. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the floors are okay after the lunch rush. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. It’s what you do. People from the offices nearby come in around one o'clock, and it gets loud. We try to keep up with the orders without making too many mistakes. It isn't always perfect, but we do the work. Living and working in Noida means you get used to the dust and the noise. We’ve been at Plot Number 3 for a while now. If you're looking for us, look for the bank, we are just a few steps away from there. It's a plain spot, but it's ours and we stay busy most days of the week.
