Manasvi Associates

Our office is over in Sahibabad, right in the Shalimar Garden area. It’s a decent spot, easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We started Manasvi Associates because we saw a lot of people moving into the area and needing help with finding a place. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this space, talking to locals and trying to match people with the right properties. Some days we are out on site visits, so the office might be empty for an hour, but usually, someone is around to take a call. We handle different kinds of real estate work around Shalimar Garden. It gets busy on weekends especially. We have a lot of listings written down in our books. It's not all digital and high-tech here, we still like doing things the old way sometimes. We talk to landlords, we talk to buyers, and we try to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sahibabad has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen it happen. We keep an eye on the prices and what's coming up next. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past our door at some point. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. Just a local business doing what we know. Nothing too fancy happening here.
