Our place is out in Greater Noida, specifically in Sector Beta-II on 8th Street. If you know the area, it is I-298. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a decent spot for a school. We focus on hospitality management, so there is always something going on with food or service training. The building is okay, and it serves its purpose for the classes we run. We have students coming in from all over, and they keep the energy up. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying when we are trying to show something on the screen. The staff room is small, and we usually end up eating lunch there while talking about the day's lessons. It isn't like those fancy corporate offices you see in magazines. It’s more of a practical place where people learn how to work in hotels and restaurants. We have some equipment that has seen better days, but it still works fine for practice. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we are doing exams. We spend a lot of time organizing schedules and making sure the kitchen area is stocked for the practical sessions. It is a lot of coordination between the different departments. Most days are just a mix of paperwork, talking to students, and trying to keep everything on track. It is just how we operate here, without any big fuss or unnecessary polish.
