Destination Academy

Destination Academy is over in Delta 1st in Greater Noida, which is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city. We are at A-231, not too far from Pari Chowk, which everyone knows as the main landmark around here. Our setup is quite simple. We have a few rooms dedicated to teaching, and it’s a very local atmosphere. Most of the students who come to us are living in the nearby residential blocks or coming from the schools in Greater Noida. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just us teachers trying to help kids with their subjects. The area around Delta 1st is nice because it’s not as loud as the main markets, so students can actually hear what is being said in class. We’ve been here for several years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. Most of our students come to us because their parents heard about us from a neighbor. We keep the groups small so it doesn't feel like a big crowded school. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the heat, but we just keep going. We focus on the basic school curriculum and try to make sure every student understands what they are learning. It’s a very straightforward, practical way of teaching without any of the extra fluff you find in bigger academies.
