Our little spot is located at C 468 in Greater Noida. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a space for the younger kids. If you walk in, you’ll immediately see toys scattered around and colorful drawings taped to the walls. It’s never really quiet here unless it’s nap time. We have different rooms for the babies and the older toddlers to play in. The floors are covered in mats because someone is always falling down or crawling around. Outside, there’s a small fenced area where they can run a bit when the weather isn’t too hot or dusty. We spend a lot of time cleaning up juice spills and finding lost socks. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a place that smells like crayons and baby powder. The staff here are mostly local women who have kids of their own, so they know how it goes. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or see us when they’re driving through the sector. We try to keep things organized, but with kids, there’s always a bit of chaos. We just make sure everyone is fed, safe, and has a place to sleep in the afternoons. It’s a simple, honest daycare where we focus on the basic stuff like playing and learning to share. It’s a busy, happy mess most of the time.
