We are tucked away on Venketeswar Temple Street here in Berhampur. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the temple signs. My name is Deva Priya Rath and I run Younes H.R Conslnt. Services from this spot. This is my father’s house, Devi Prasad Rath, so we've been here a long time. Mostly we just help people find work or sort out their hiring stuff. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. We have a few desks, some old files, and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start up in the morning. Ganjam gets pretty hot in the summer so the fan is always running. People come in from the street to ask about jobs and we try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing. Sometimes the street gets noisy with the temple crowds but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily grind and making sure the paperwork gets done right. If you’re around Berhampur and need to talk about staffing, you can just walk in. The door is usually open unless the power goes out and we’re trying to keep the cool air in. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do. We’ve been at this for a while now and know the local area pretty well.
