We are situated at Alkapuri in Berhampur, specifically at Rajeevnagar. Collabdots Technology Private Limited is care of Bhabani Sankar Pattnaik. Our spot is on the 1st Lane, and if you are looking for us, we are right behind the Govt ITI Hostel. Being in Ganjam-760010, Orissa, gives us a pretty central location, though the lane can be a bit tucked away if you don't know where you are going. The office is just a plain, useful space where we gather every morning to get things done. It’s not a fancy tech hub with bean bags or anything; it’s just desks, cables, and us. We started here because it was a practical location that let us stay close to the heart of the town. We see the students from the ITI hostel walking by all the time, which gives the area a bit of a youthful energy. Our work involves a lot of sitting and thinking, so having a bit of life outside the window is nice. We don't really have a hierarchy here. Everyone just knows what their job is and they get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other times we leave a bit early if the weather is nice. It’s a very human way to run a business and we’ve been happy with how things are going in Rajeevnagar.
